Yes. Im based in Queensland, Australia, and I travel to New Zealand almost every month. This allow me to personally manage orders across both countries, whether your mirror is shipped securely or coordinated for local delivery or pick up.
Each custom mirror is unique, so timeframes can vary depending on the size of the mirror and the amount of engraving involved. On average the process takes 4-6 weeks from the time your order is confirmed and paid. More detailed or large scale pieces may take longer, but we will always keep you updated throughout the journey.
No, payments are non-refundable. Your deposit acts as a confirmation of your order. Once we recieve it, we immediately begin the process by ordering your mirror and the materials needed to complete your order. This ensures your spot is secured and your project can move forward without

We understand that each iwi/region has its own unique flows. stories, motifs and we do our best to honour that in our work. All designs are created based on the artists interpretation of your request and nothing is engraved until the final design is confirmed with you.
